Then we roll out team by team and keep tuning as usage and prices change. Every engagement is quoted after the review, not from a price list.
Free bill review: one month of usage, one clear number
Send us one month of usage exports from your providers, or a rough picture of your tools, models and spend. We show you where the money goes by tool, team and model, which levers apply to you, and the saving we expect. It takes one 30-minute call to walk through. You owe us nothing and you decide after.
Pilot on one team, measured against your own baseline
We sit with one team and learn its tools, agents and workloads. We build the proxy for that setup, run on your company's own provider accounts, and point the team's tools at one address. We agree the baseline before we start, test quality on the team's own work, and report the bill before and after. At the end you see the real saving on your own traffic.
Rollout and ongoing tuning, team by team
After the pilot we roll out one team at a time, each with its own keys, budgets and hard caps. Then we keep tuning: new models ship, prices change and workloads drift, so the rules that were cheapest last quarter may not be this quarter. You get a monthly view of spend and savings by team, and we review the rules with you as the company grows.

What do you need from us for the bill review?
One month of usage exports from your AI providers is ideal. If that is hard to get, tell us which tools and agents you run, which models they use and your rough monthly spend, and we start from there. Nothing needs to be installed for the review.
How do you measure the saving in the pilot?
We agree the baseline with you before we change anything: the same team, the same kind of work, the cost per period before the proxy. Then we compare the bill after, team by team and model by model, and check quality on the team's own work. Provider price changes and new usage are called out separately so the saving is honest.
How is it priced?
We quote after the bill review, once we know your setup and the saving we expect. There is no price list and no plan to squeeze into. Send us your security questionnaire as well and we answer it in writing before you sign anything.
